Are photos or face data sent anywhere?
No. Photos, face features, and names you enter are processed and stored only on your device, not sent to the developer or an external server.
Is Hitokoma free?
The app is free. It displays ads and also offers a one-time purchase to remove them.
Which devices are supported?
Hitokoma supports iPhone with iOS 18.0 or later and iPad with iPadOS 18.0 or later. There is no Android version.
Can face recognition make mistakes?
Face recognition has accuracy limits. From the People screen, you can assign names, move a face to another person, or merge entries manually.
How long does the first scan take?
It may take several minutes or longer depending on the device and number of photos. Scanning begins with recent photos, and slideshows can play while it continues.
Can I listen to music while using it?
Yes. Hitokoma can play a slideshow without stopping music from another app.
